Jakarta – Menteri Keuangan Sri Mulyani Indrawati buka suara soal dugaan korupsi yang disampaikan oleh Menteri Koordinator Bidang Politik, Hukum, dan Keamanan Mahfud Md di Kementerian Keuangan (Kemenkeu) sebesar Rp 35 triliun.
Dugaan tersebut muncul setelah ditemukannya transaksi mencurigakan oleh Pusat Pelaporan dan Analisa Transaksi Keuangan (PPATK) sebesar Rp 349 triliun dari periode 2009 sampai 2023.
Saat rapat kerja dengan Komisi III DPR RI bersama Mahfud, Sri Mulyani menyampaikan bahwa data tersebut bersumber dari PPATK, di mana sebesar Rp253 triliun merupakan transaksi debit kredit operasional perusahaan.
“Kemudian Rp 18,7 triliun ternyata adalah data korporasi, mirip di Rp 253 triliun namun ini menyangkut perusahaan yang ada hubungan dengan orang-orang Kemenkeu,” ungkap Sri Mulyani saat rapat di Gedung DPR/MPR, Selasa (11/4/2023).
Data ini akan disampaikan Sri Mulyani secara tertutup kepada Komisi III DPR RI, karena menyangkut 4 perusahaan dan dua orang pribadi.
“Kemudian perbedaan di mana pak Menko menyampaikan Rp 35 triliun dan kami Rp 3,3 triliun, yang kami sampaikan Rp 3,3 triliun menyangkut Kemenkeu dan Rp 18,7 triliun adalah data korporasi. Sisanya Rp 13 triliun adalah data yang ada nama pegawai Kemenkeu yang merupakan surat-surat yang dikirim ke APH,” terang Sri Mulyani.
Sri Mulyani menyebut ada 64 surat, namun disampaikan PPATK langsung kepada aparat penegak hukum (APH). Kemenkeu hanya dikirimkan nomor surat saja, sehingga tidak bisa dijelaskan Sri Mulyani saat rapat dengan komisi XI DPR RI.
“Itu yang membedakan. Sama tapi beda presentasi. Pak Menko menyampaikan Rp 35 triliun karena menyebut nama pegawai Kemenkeu Rp 22 triliun ditujukan ke kita dan Rp 13 triliun di APH,” pungkasnya.
