Jakarta – PT Aneka Tambang (Antam) melalui anak perusahaannya PT Sumberdaya Arindo (SDA) akan bekerja sama dengan CBL yang merupakan anak perusahaan Guangdong Brunp Recycling Technology Co., Ltd (Brunp), di mana Brunp adalah anak perusahaan dari CATL.
Seperti yang dikatakan oleh Direktur Utama PT Antam, Nicolas D. Kanter. Dia mengatakan bahwa pihaknya saat ini dalam tahap akhir persetujuan kerja sama antara SDA dengan CBL. Yang mana dalam dua sampai tiga minggu ke depan pihaknya akan melakukan tanda tangan persetujuan kerja sama.
“Sekarang kita dalam tahap akhir, dua sampai tiga minggu ini akan tandatangani SDA dengan CBL,” ujarnya dalam Rapat Dengar Pendapat bersama Komisi VII DPR RI, Jakarta, Rabu (12/4/2023).
Adapun Nico mengungkapkan bahwa kesepakatan CSPA (Conditional Share Purchase Agreement) dengan CBL tersebut ditandatangani sejak Januari lalu. Sehingga persetujuan dengan pihak China ditargetkan akan rampung pada Oktober 2023 mendatang.
“Statusnya sekarang tanggal 16 Januari 2023 sudah tandanganya CSPA, conditional share purchase agreement dan shareholder agreement dengan CBL. Dan kondisi yang harus dipenuhi termasuk dengan mendapat persetujuan dari China ini insyaallah rampungkan di Oktober,” paparnya.
Selain itu, Nico mengungkapkan, anak perusahaan Antam yakni SDA tersebut akan mendivestasikan sahamnya kepada perusahaan kerjasamanya yakni CBL sebesar 49%. Sehingga, Antam masih memegang saham dominasi sebanyak 51%.
“Disetujui dua perusahaan akan divestasikan 49% dengan menjadi milik dari CBL, Antam tetap memiliki mayoritas di hulunya,” jelasnya.
