Bandung – Sebanyak 13 unit kerja kampus Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia (UPI) Jalan Setiabudi, Bandung, menandatangani zona integritas untuk cegah perilaku koruptif. Langkah ini tindak lanjut dari pilot project sebelumnya. Selain di Bandung, cabang daerah juga ikut serta.
“Dengan adanya deklarasi zona integritas ini sebetulnya menegaskan kembali komitmen kita untuk betul-betul mewujudkan UPI sebagai unit atau lembaga yang bebas dari korupsi,” kata Rektor UPI Solehuddin, Selasa (25/7/2023).
Menurut dia, dengan adanya deklarasi ini diharapkan menjadi komitmen satu energi dan satu spirit untuk bertanggung jawab kepada masyarakat. Di mana UPI memang betul-betul bersemangat sungguh-sungguh untuk mewujudkannya.
Melalui deklarasi ini, dia menegaskan bahwa UPI sudah deklarasi anti korupsi. Dia pun menyoroti pentingnya integritas dimiliki setiap mahasiswa dan civitas akademika UPI. Integritas ini perlu ditanamkan sejak dini, karena mereka penerus masa depan.
Dia mengharapkan agar pimpinan unit yang membangun zona integritas perlu memperhatikan secara sungguh-sungguh strategi percepatan pembangunan Zona Integritas melalui komitmen dari setiap level pimpinan yang diikuti oleh seluruh pegawai yang ada dalam unit kerja tersebut.
“Pimpinan harus memiliki peran untuk menularkan semangat dan visi terkait ZI pada unit kerjanya. Selanjutnya unit kerja harus mampu menyediakan SDM yang kompeten, ramah, dan dapat dipercaya dalam memberikan pelayanan. Unit kerja juga perlu menyediakan berbagai fasilitas yang lebih baik dalam menunjang kemudahan pelayanan,” katanya.
Selain itu unit kerja yang sedang membangun ZI harus mampu mengenali pengguna layanannya. Hal ini diperlukan agar program-program yang dibuat dapat langsung dirasakan manfaatnya dan memenuhi kebutuhan serta harapan masyarakat.
Untuk memastikan bahwa program-program unit kerja yang sedang membangun ZI tetap berada pada jalurnya maka perlu pemantauan dan evaluasi berkelanjutan. Monev dapat dilakukan secara mandiri oleh unit kerja didampingi tim Asesor UPI.
Langkah terakhir menetapkan strategi komunikasi untuk memastikan bahwa setiap aktivitas, perubahan dan inovasi pelayanan yang telah dilakukan oleh unit kerja yang membangun ZI diketahui dan dipahami masyarakat.
