Kesepakatan antara China dan Brasil sendiri bernilai sangat besar, dengan total menembus US$ 171,49 miliar. Artinya, ada permintaan dolar sebesar US$ 171 miliar yang hilang dalam perdagangan global.
2. Euro
Mata uang yang satu ini digunakan oleh 20 negara-negara besar Eropa. Meski tak semua anggota Uni Eropa menggunakannya, pengguna euro merupakan negara-negara besar dengan kekuatan ekonomi besar dunia seperti Jerman, Prancis, Italia, Spanyol, dan Belanda.
Dengan disokong oleh kekuatan ekonomi besar ini, euro menjadi mata uang yang cukup laku di pasaran, dengan 66,1% perdagangan di Benua Biru menggunakan mata uang ini.
Berkat penggunaan euro, dollar AS sendiri mulai ditinggalkan oleh negara Eropa. Berdasarkan data Atlantic Council yang mengutip data dari bank sentral AS (Federal Reserve/The) pada periode 1999-2019, penggunaan dolar AS memang sedikit di kawasan ini, di mana hanya 23,1% saja yang menggunakan Greenback.
3. Mata uang BRICS
Negara aliansi BRICS juga bersiap untuk meninggalkan dolar AS serta euro Eropa untuk melakukan perdagangan antarnegara. Saat ini aliansi negara itu dalam proses menciptakan alat pembayaran baru.
BRICS merupakan gabungan lima negara, yakni Brasil, Rusia, India, China dan Afrika Selatan. Tercatat, BRICS merupakan pemilik PDB terbesar dunia dengan kontribusi 31,5%. Ini mengungguli aliansi G7 bekingan AS yang berkontribusi 30,7%.
Nantinya, mata uang baru aliansi ini akan diamankan dengan emas dan komoditas lain, termasuk elemen tanah jarang. Hal tersebut diutarakan anggota parlemen Rusia Alexander Babakov saat berkunjung ke India.

4. Rupee India
India telah mengeluarkan kebijakan baru untuk makin meningkatkan penggunaan rupee dalam perdagangan mereka sejak April 2023. Salah satu raksasa ekonomi dunia itu juga telah menonjolkan penggunaan mata uang ini dengan sejumlah negara.
India menjalin kesepakatan dengan Malaysia untuk menggunakan mata uang masing-masing dalam transaksi perdagangan. Hal sama juga terjadi ke Uni Emirat Arab (UEA), untuk menggunakan mata uang lokal rupee dan dirham, sebagai pembayaran perdagangan non-minyak mentah.
Sebelum Malaysia dan UEA, sudah ada 17 negara yang sepakat dan bisa menggunakan rupee sebagai alat pembayaran. Jerman, Inggris dan Singapura di antaranya.
5. Mata uang lokal Asean
Negara-negara Asean pun pun tak ketinggalan dengan rencana dedolarisasi dengan meneken local currency transaction (LCT). Salah satu raksasa ekonomi dunia itu menyepakati hal ini untuk mendorong mata uang lokal masing-masing di pasar global
Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapura, dan Filipina telah meneken kerjasama transaksi pembayaran lintas batas. Ini melalui kode QR, fast payment, data, hingga transaksi mata uang lokal.
Dalam Keketuaan Asean 2023, Gubernur Bank Indonesia Perry Warjiyo mengklaim Indonesia kemudian telah berhasil mendorong lima anggota negara Asean lainnya untuk melakukan kerja sama melakukan transaksi meninggalkan dolar AS.
