Batang – PT Pertamina (Persero) menyatakan kesiapannya dalam mengamankan pasokan Bahan Bakar Minyak (BBM) dan LPG selama arus mudik lebaran tahun 2023. Bahkan perusahaan pelat merah ini telah menyiapkan beberapa Stasiun Pengisian Bahan Bakar Umum (SPBU) Pertamina yang standby selama 24 jam penuh.
Senior Supervisor Communication & Relation Patra Niaga Jawa Bagian Tengah Marthia Mulia Asri menghimbau bagi masyarakat yang melakukan perjalanan mudik tidak perlu khawatir kehabisan BBM di jalan tol. Pasalnya, pihaknya sendiri sudah menyiapkan sepeda motor untuk layanan antar bahan bakar selama masa arus mudik.
Misalnya seperti di ruas tol Jawa Tengah, Pertamina sendiri telah menyiapkan 91 motor delivery dan 3 mobil pickup pembawa BBM untuk kebutuhan pelanggan. Adapun pelanggan yang kehabisan bensin dapat menghubungi call centre Pertamina 135.
“Petugas akan langsung menanyakan titik berhenti dan mengarahkan petugas untuk segera menuju titik pelanggan. Petugas akan tiba ke lokasi pelanggan sekitar 15-20 menit,” ujar Martha saat ditemui di Rest Area Tol Batang-Semarang KM 379, Minggu (16/4/2023).

Menurut Marthia setelah konsumen menghubungi petugas, maka Petugas akan langsung membawa kebutuhan BBM pelanggan baik itu Pertamax, Pertamax Turbo ataupun Dexlite. Adapun, untuk satu kali transaksi, petugas akan membawakan 10 liter BBM yang diprediksi cukup untuk membawa pemudik sampai ke SPBU atau rest area selanjutnya.
“Pelanggan bisa melakukan pembayaran melalui cash. Pelanggan juga tidak perlu khawatir karena pihak petugas juga akan dikawal oleh polisi sehingga keamanan proses pengisian BBM aman,” ujar Martha.
Berdasarkan data Pertamina, untuk konsumsi BBM di SPBU KM 379 A sendiri, pada saat H-7 lebaran tercatat mencapai 72 Kilo liter (KL). Angka tersebut mengalami kenaikan 50% dari H-7 lebaran tahun 2022 lalu yang hanya 48 KL.
Sementara itu, untuk gasoil atau solar konsumsi di SPBU 379 tercatat hanya mencapai 24 KL. Angka tersebut justru mengalami penurunan 25% dibandingkan konsumsi BBM di H-7 tahun lalu yang tercatat sebesar 32 KL.
Sebelumnya, Direktur Pemasaran Regional PT Pertamina Patra Niaga, Mars Ega Legowo Putra mengatakan kebutuhan Pertalite pada hari raya lebaran 2023 bakal melonjak 6-10 persen dibandingkan kondisi normal.
“Kalau Pertalite perkiraan kami akan naik 6-10 persen dari kondisi normal,” ujar dia dalam acara Energy Corner, Senin (10/4/2023).
Namun, penjualan untuk Solar subsidi justru diprediksi bakal mengalami penurunan. Hal tersebut terjadi lantaran pada hari raya Idul Fitri, pemerintah biasanya akan melarang kendaraan jenis tertentu.
“Kedua, industri-industri banyak yang tutup jadi kebutuhan Solar untuk industri bersifat berkurang,” kata dia.
Meski begitu, ia memastikan kesiapan pasokan dan distribusi Bahan Bakar Minyak (BBM) serta LPG selama arus mudik lebaran 2023. Bahkan perusahaan pelat merah ini bakal menyiapkan beberapa Stasiun Pengisian Bahan Bakar Umum (SPBU) Pertamina yang standby selama 24 jam penuh.
Menurut Mars setidaknya akan ada 123 juta orang pemudik yang bakal meramaikan libur lebaran tahun ini. Oleh sebab itu, pihaknya telah menyiagakan 1500 outlet SPBU yang beroperasi 24 jam penuh.
“Ada 1500 lokasi SPBU yang kami siapkan 24 jam ada juga 5000 agen agen kami untuk standby selama perayaan mudik ini dan kami juga siapkan 391 unit sepeda motoris, ini adalah kesiapan dan sarana fasilitas untuk outlet melayani langsung ke masyarakat,” kata Mars.
